Last Step!

If you do not add your card info, your appointment will not be finalized and the appointment will be cancelled. Please input card information to finalize the booking. **Please use the same email from the booking, otherwise we will not see you and your appointment could be cancelled**

We do require a card to be held on file. We will NOT charge your card unless you break our cancellation policy. You may see a .50$ authorization fee that will not process.

TLDR; Do not forget to call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Don’t forget to call BEFORE the appointment!

Here is the entire policy;

We require a minimum of 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule an appointment. This allows our staff to get that appointment rebooked in a timely manner. If you call the same day as your appointment to cancel, you will be charged a $15 dollar cancellation fee. If you do not call (Not email or text) ahead or if you do not let us know you are not arriving at your appointment BEFORE your scheduled time, you will be charged a $25 fee that is non-refundable. If you do not bring the required documents (such as covid test, birth certificate, photo ID’s, etc.) you will be liable for a same day cancellation fee or if you’d like to reschedule we can with a fee. PLEASE, do not come to your appointment without the required documents, if you are unsure what documents you will need, please read our “Before you visit” page or call us.
