You have been booked! The last step is to confirm your credit card info.
If you do not add your card info by 12PM the day prior of your appointment. It will not be finalized and the appointment will be cancelled. Please input card information to finalize the booking. **Please use the same email from the booking, otherwise we will not see you and your appointment could be cancelled**
We do require a card to be held on file. We will NOT charge your card unless you break our cancellation policy. You may see a .50$ authorization fee that will not process.
TLDR; Do not forget to call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Don’t forget to call BEFORE the appointment!
Here is the entire policy;
We require a phone call prior to the appointment. If you do not call (Not email or text) ahead or if you do not let us know you are not arriving at your appointment BEFORE your scheduled time, you will be charged a $25 fee that is non-refundable. If you do not bring the required documents (such as birth certificate, photo ID’s, etc.) you could be liable for any fees to reschedule, so PLEASE, do not come to your appointment without the required documents, if you are unsure what documents you will need, please read our “Before you visit” page or call us.
