Here are some key items to know about your appointment;

Please, PLEASE, read the emails we send to you. There is important information about the appointment, as well as our consent waiver.

  • – If you plan to try to bring your own jewelry, you must bring it into the studio NO LATER than the day before the appointment. Please keep in mind, we keep the right to approve or deny jewelry that doesn’t come from our studio. (We also use style, material, gauge, length, mill certificates, etc. to make that decision)
  • – Minors from 3-17 will need a parent/legal guardian present with their government issued photo ID, AND the minors birth certificate. Minors that are 16-17 will also need to provide a photo ID along with the documents mentioned above.
  • – We are requiring well-fitted masks inside the building. (No gaiters, bandanas, mesh masks, ETC.)

Our Cancelation Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule an appointment. This allows our staff to get that appointment rebooked in a timely manner. If you call the same day as your appointment, you will be charged a $15 dollar cancellation fee. If you do not call (Not email or text) ahead or if you do not let us know you are not arriving at your appointment BEFORE your scheduled time, you will be charged a $25 fee that is non-refundable.
